Warranty Info
Duncan Custom Gutter & Copper Craft, Inc. (“Company”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that the installation of gutters and downspouts (the “Work”) will be free from defects in workmanship for five (5) years from the date of installation, provided the Work is used and maintained according to the Company’s care instructions.
Materials
Materials such as coil, hangers, fasteners, and accessories are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. For material defects, the Customer should contact the manufacturer (typically Senox Corporation) and follow the manufacturer’s terms and procedures. The Company may assist with documentation upon request.
What This Warranty Covers
If a defect in workmanship arises during the warranty period, the Company will repair or replace the affected portion of the Work. Any repair or replacement will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty term.

Customer Responsibilities
Regular cleaning and inspection are required. Frequency depends on site conditions such as overhanging trees. Keep gutters and downspouts free of debris, and contact the Company for service if needed.
Service Visits, Fees, and Non-Warranty Findings
If, after inspection, the Company determines that the reported issue is the result of the Customer or any other person or company performing work on or to the system, or the issue otherwise falls outside of this warranty, a $75 trip/diagnostic charge will be assessed.
If repairs are requested in these circumstances, the Company will provide a written service estimate and will proceed only upon Customer approval. Standard service rates apply.
